Fruity Ice Cream Cups

Ingredients:

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese

1/2 Cup sugar

1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained

1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained

1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

1/2 Cup chopped pecans

1 (8 oz.) container cool whip


     Directions:     Cream together cream cheese and sugar.  Reserve 9 cherries and 9 oranges for garnish and cut in half.  Chop remaining cherries and oranges.  Mix pineapple, pecans, and cherries with cream cheese mixture.  Add cool whip.  Gently mix in oranges.  Place in foil or paper cupcake wrappers.  Garnish with remaining fruit and freeze.  makes 1 - 1 1/2 dozen.
