Microwave Brownies

Ingredients:

1 Cup sugar

2/3 Cup butter

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 Cup flour

1/4 Cup cocoa

1/4 Cup Nestlie instant chocolate mix

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 Cup nuts, optional


     Directions:     Melt butter on high for 1-2 minutes.  Add sugar and let cool.  Add eggs and vanilla.  sift in dry ingredients and stir.  Put in a greased round pan.  Cook for 5 minutes and 15 seconds turning 3 times if microwave does not have a turn table.  Serves 8.
