This is a super easy recipe that takes very little time to prepare.
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 Cup packed brown sugar
1/2 Cup English toffe bites
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
6 apples
Directions: Beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in toffe bites. Core apples, and cut into wedges just before serving. Sprinkle with lemon juice, and toss to keep fresh.
Makes 12 Servings.
