Ingredients:
3 1/2 Cups warm water
2 packages dry yeast
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon salt
4 Tablespoons shortening (oil)
8 Cups flour
Directions: Stir together, and every 10 minutes stir again for 5 times. Cut in two. Roll as for cinamon rolls. Make slits 1-1 1/2 inches across the top of roll. Lay on cookie sheet. Let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. If desired you can sprinkle with onion flakes or sesame seeds.
Makes 2 loaves
