Ingredients:
1 Cup cemi sweet chocolate chips
1 Cup chopped pecans
4 eggs
1 1/2 Cups sugar
1 Cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions: In a small sauce pan over medium heat Melt butter and chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Cool. Add pecans, stiring until well coated. In a large bowl combine eggs, sugar, flour, and vanilla. Fold in chocolate mixture. fill paper lined muffin cups 1/3 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-38 minutes, or until tootpick inserted into center comes out clean. Remove to wire rack to cool.
